A Fitness Party
I've been told time and time again that one of the best part of my class is the attitude and THE MUSIC. Guilty as charged, I'm a huge musichead.
When i curate a routine, I'm not just thinking about things like movement, effectiveness, level of intensity and challenge. I'm also thinking about the experience. This is why every class has a different theme, a different genre, or a different featured artist(s).
Coming to a class, We're not just going to exercise and move your body. We're going to rock out and party.
Classes are about 45 minutes to 1 hours in length. There is approximately 30 minutes of active working time with small breaks, movement explanations, announcements and discussions in between (as necessary). each class come with a warm up and cool down track!
Twitch is a free streaming platform much like YouTube Live. You do not need an account to view the stream, however having one and following my channel will permit you access to chatting if you'd like and also can send alerts when I go live next.
All you need is a computer, internet access, and a little bit of space to move. Once I go live, my page will update to show you the stream.
